Privacy Policy — Match Dash

Last updated: 28 July 2026

The short version: Match Dash does not ask for, collect, or store any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.

Information we do not collect

Match Dash never asks you for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, location, photos, contacts, or any other personal detail. There is no sign-up, no login, and no profile. Players in online games are given a randomly generated nickname such as “Zippy Panda” — these names are made up by the app and are not connected to any real identity.

Information used to run online games

If you choose “Play with a Friend”, the app uses Google Firebase to connect the two devices. For the duration of a game we store, on Firebase servers:

This information exists only so the two devices can show the same game. It is not used for any other purpose, is never sold or shared, and old game rooms are discarded.

Single-player games against the computer are entirely offline; no information leaves your device.

No advertising, analytics, or tracking

Match Dash contains no advertisements, no third-party advertising networks, no analytics or measurement SDKs, and no tracking technologies. We do not build profiles of players and we do not track anyone across apps or websites.

Data stored on your device

The app remembers your sound on/off preference on your own device. Deleting the app removes it.

Children

Match Dash is a picture-matching game suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.

Your choices

You can play the entire single-player game with no internet connection. If you would like game room data associated with your device removed, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
